I After years of being a manual therapist and suffering from pain myself, I was fairly disillusioned with manual techniques, and was always searching for something that could truly help shift the body out of pain states. I was so skeptical at first, but ANF proves to me every single day, that the nervous system can change radically, within minutes! I’m so grateful to be able to share this therapy with other practitioners.
